If you prefer to vote by mail using an absentee ballot you must complete this application (pdf file).  Return it in one of three ways:

• Fax the application to 678.226.7209.
• Deliver the application to the Elections office.  However, if you are personally delivering your application and the ballots are ready for voting, by law you must vote at that time.
